Press the “phone book” icon on your desk phone.






This brings up a full list of all extensions; mostly helpful unless you need to call Zachary Ziffel.

For that, just use the phone keypad to start typing their name. 

For Joe Paris, for example: Uh, lessee… “J”… “O” …
