How to put something on hold in Sage


How to look up a bin location in Sage:


Inventory Mgmt > Maint > Maintain Inventory > Enter Warehouse D, then click the magnifier to search



Item Description “contains” your search string > click “search” > double-click the one you want


Then: right click the greyed-out item number (I know…greyed out?) > Previews > Inventory Status



Now you have the bin location, so…


How to put something on hold in Sage



Inventory Mgmt > Maint > IM Setup > Setup Bins > Enter Warehouse D, and bin number > check “Exclude from Available” > Save, then > Green Checkmark
